Junior Digital Marketing Assistant

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Assistant, starting immediately or by agreement.
Frank is a digital performance agency that has been managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) for well-known brands across Switzerland since 2013, with a simple approach: being responsive, efficient, and performance-driven.

• Actively contribute to the creation and implementation of paid acquisition campaigns (Social Ads and Google Ads).
• Identify growth opportunities for your clients.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest concrete adjustments to maximize results.
• Analyze performance on a daily basis and propose ongoing, actionable optimizations.

• You are already active in the field of marketing/communication or are looking to enter it.
• You have an affinity for data; working with numbers and interpreting results doesn’t intimidate you.
• You quickly understand client needs and can translate them into concrete actions.
• You are organized, autonomous, and proactive.
• You stay up to date with new trends and take an interest in emerging digital platforms.
• You are a native French or German speaker, with a good command of the other language.
• You are willing to undergo internal training to develop your skills on our tools.
